When you make an enquiry I collect the contact details you have provided, such as your address, email address and telephone number.
Personal information also includes information supplied regarding LIVING individuals for the purposes of generating a family tree such as name, date and place of birth, date and place of marriage and number of children.
Your contact details will be used for the purposes of communicating with you regarding your research enquiry and, if you then engage family history research services, for updating you on the progress of your research. The information is also used for record keeping and accounting.
Your contact details will not be used to send out newsletters or general marketing emails.
Information regarding living individuals supplied for research purposes will be used solely for the purposes of conducting research on your behalf by myself and Professional Family History Researchers.
